PLAYERS MUST SIGN UP FOR THEIR RESPECTED REGION BASED ON WHERE THEY GO TO SCHOOL OR LIVE. If a player lives in a pre-designated region but special circumstances make it more conducive to tryout for another, exceptions will be made upon board approval pending a written explanation.
